Section 75 Obligations – Are They Holding Up Development?

The Scottish Government has identified a need to establish and promote good practice in the use of S.75 Obligations to help reduce delays in the planning system and allow development to commence. Come along and debate this issue with RTPI Chapter members and share some of your experiences.

This event will be chaired by Julia Frost, who has just completed a secondment with the Scottish Government and David Reekie from the Scottish Government’s Planning and Architecture Division.

The event is being held at Turley Associates, 115 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4JN

Refreshments will be available from 5.30 for a 6 pm start.
