In England the Government has chosen selectively and for a time-limited period to extend permitted development rights both for dwellings and commercial premises. This event will allow Planning Councillors to get up-to-date with the extended permitted development (PD) rights, their implications and any wrinkles eg some limited exemptions have been granted.

This update is kindly being provided by John Walker, Operational Director for Development Planning at Westminster City Council. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and discussion.
