Conservation Areas: do they do what they say on the tin?

This evening seminar will look at the effectiveness of conservation areas with reference to the Leeds experience.  It will consider the different types of conservation area and the need for different approaches, touching on conservation areas at risk.

Light refreshments will be available at 6.15pm (small charge applicable) and the seminar will commence at 6.30pm with an open discussion following presentations from:

  • Phil Ward, Team Leader Conservation at Leeds City Council
  • Jessica Thomas, Senior Planner at Leeds City Council
