The appeal system remains a key part of the planning process, whether or not predictions that recent government changes will lead to planning by appeal stack up. We have presentations from six key players: LPA planners on development management and forward planning, the appellant's consultant, third party spokesman, legal advocate and planning inspector. Relevant to those in local plans and other planning inquiries as well as mainstream development management.
