Chaired by Richard Summers, immediate past President of the RTPI,this event considers the developments in planning law that have taken place during what has been a time of major change. 

Francis Taylor Building are kindly hosting this event and are providing two leading barristers to talk on the hotly debated topics of Localism and the NPPF.

James Pereira, named "Junior Barrister of the Year" in Planning and Environmental Law by Chambers and Partners Directory of the UK Legal Profession in 2007 and 2009, will speak on the topic of Localism.

Meyric Lewis, listed as Leader at the Bar in Chambers Directory and Leading Junior in Legal 500, will speak on the NPPF.
