Description

The profession's role in delivering sustainable development is changing. This event will examine professional values and key skills expected of planners in leading and delivering new local agendas. Specialist competencies such as economic appraisal, managing risk, resource management and negotiation will be assessed in the context of community benefits and wider public interest.

Speakers include RTPI President, Colin Haylock, and Alice Lester from the Planning Advisory Service.
