Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning

The Awards are one of the Scottish Government's most prestigious events and celebrate achievements in planning, from strategic visions to development on the ground. The Awards have now been running for over 15 years.

Submissions for this award are currently open.

2013 Awards

This years awards were launched February 2013 and timetable of events is as follows:

  • Submission of entries by 30 April 2013
  • Application sift mid May 2013
  • Interview and site visits end June 2013
  • Awards ceremony November 2013

  • Community Involvement
  • Quality of Service
  • Public and Private Partnership

2012 Awards

Winners of the 2012 Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning were presented at a ceremony at the Lighthouse on 4 September 2012.

2011 Awards

The Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning did not take place in 2011, due to change in timetable to bring the process into a single calendar year.

2010 Awards

Winners of the 2010 Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning were presented at a ceremony in Edinburgh on 10 March 2011.
