Heritage, arts, culture and sport award winner 2011
Summary
High House Production Park comprises a restored and partially redeveloped historic 16th century farmstead occupying a 14 acre site located in one of the more deprived parts of south Essex.

The scheme comprises a 40,000sqft highly sustainable hanger style building housing the Royal Opera Houses set construction and fabrication needs. A National Skills Academy to provide training in the technical skills required to work in the creative and performing sectors is under construction. The holistic approach to the regeneration of this site is impressive. It delivers clear economic, social and environmental benefits for the wider locality.
