Summary

‘Better Southend’ is the title of a co-ordinated series of projects designed to enhance this Essex seaside town as a place to live and work, and as a tourist destination.

Whilst enhancing the physical environment of specific locations, the social and economic benefits will be felt across the Borough. Sound leadership, good project management and collaborative working has delivered these schemes on time, within budget and offering excellent value for money.
