Tunbridge Wells Borough Council understands the importance of well-trained and motivated professional staff. In recognition of this membership, or working towards membership, of the RTPI is encouraged.
The Council is divided into two directorates: Regeneration and Sustainability and Change and Business Support.
The Director of Regeneration and Sustainability is part of the Management Board, which demonstrates the Council’s commitment to planning at the highest level
The Head of Planning Services reports to the Director and undertakes the Service level running of Development Management, Planning Policy, Planning Enforcement, Built and Natural Heritage and their associated administration functions.
