The teams have an excellent track record, working for developers, landowners, funders, end users, local authorities, The Homes and Communities Agency and other bodies. We offer a combination of planning, viability urban design and environmental assessment skills. Savills is a Registered Environmental Impact Assessor member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
