The Planning Team at Cundall provide advice for a range of major developments including new schools and major residential and commercial proposals. The Team undertake all stages of Environmental Impact Assessment and Sustainability Appraisals and also provide strategic planning advice, assisting with the preparation of Local Development Frameworks and assisting clients in making representations upon Local Development Frameworks.
