Description

Never far from the pages of Planning, the introduction of the CIL and its integration with traditional mechanisms for securing developer contributions, requires careful consideration. The CIL has the opportunity to embody the spatial approach to planning, but this will require a co-ordinated approach to identifying and evaluating the community needs arising from new development. Our guest speakers will surmise the latest guidance and highlight good practice in preparing an evidence base, formulating LDD’s and lessons learnt!
