Planning and the historic Environment it will update delegates on emerging policy changes. It will provide best practice advice on Conservtaion Area Character Appraisals and Statements. it will review the approach of vernacular design and interpretation to new development within Conservation Areas. Case Studies will be used to illustrate best practice advice.
