This Half - Day event should appeal both to those looking forward to their first inquiry as well as to more experienced witnesses and lawyers. Brought to you by the RTPI in association with Atlas Chambers. North, the Course will address how to improve witnesses' performance at inquiries and will cover the duties of expert witnesses, how to prepare persuasive proofs of evidence and build a strong inquiry team. Discussion will focus on presenting evidence at inquiries and dealing effectively with questions in cross-examination. Prepartory notes will be available nearer the time.
