Trudi Elliott, RTPI Chief Executive, spoke on BBC Radio London this morning about the 2,500 people expected to attend the Homes for Britain rally at Westminster’s Methodist Central Hall later today.
She explained that the RTPI was a part of Homes for Britain, a coalition of organisations asking the next government to create a plan to end the housing crisis within a generation. She explained the housing need across London emphasising that the housing crisis has been a generation in the making. The rally today is a culmination of over a year of activity, including social media campaigning and housing posters covering Westminster tube station.
