03 March 2015

The RTPI's popular audio history series continues with interviews from planners who qualified in the 1980s and the 2000s.

The historical interviews were one of the most popular of the Institute's centenary projects in 2014 and are back by popular demand.

Twins Gemma and Lindsay Christian tell interviewer, Past President, Martin Willey, what it was like to qualify in the 2000 and how their careers have developed.

Martin WilleyMartin Willey (right) said: "The series has been a fantastic opportunity to look at our rich history but also to reflect on where the Institute is now. We were able to find and interview members back to the 1940s relatively easy. Extraordinary that we were able to go back even further and interview an RTPI member who started working in the 1930s".
