The CIC 2050 Group comprises young dynamic industry professionals who represent a wide range of disciplines across the built environment. The RTPI has been asked to consider their representation on the CIC 2050 Group.
Expressions of interest from all RTPI members who are Young Planners (within 10 years of qualification) are welcome. Expressions of interest should be a statement of no more than 300 words, covering these points:
- Previous contribution to the RTPI.
- How you would feed back to the RTPI and Young Planners.
- Whether your employer will provide the necessary time to undertake the role.
- Why you want the role and what you would bring to it.
Statements should be sent to Colin.Bendall@rtpi.org.uk, to arrive by 23 May 2014.
All expressions of interest received will be considered by the RTPI’s Nominations Sub-committee, which will agree the person who should be nominated by the RTPI. The RTPI cannot guarantee that the RTPI’s nominee will be appointed to the Group, as the final decision on appointments will be made by the Executive Board of CIC.
