Planners appear before Transport Select Committee

rickattransportRichard Blyth, the RTPI's Head of Policy Practice and Research, appeared before the Transport Select Committee yesterday (1 July) and stressed the need for a holistic approach when evaluating transport schemes which give access to ports to ensure that the full range of potential benefits that new road and rail links could provide can be taken advantage of.
