Janet O'Neill writes in Yorkshire Post

Janet O'Neill, Past President of the Royal Town Planning Institute, has written an article in the Yorkshire Post. One of the signatories to RTPI's letter which appeared in the Daily Telegraph, she sets out the need for a reasoned debate on the government's proposed changes to the planning system.
