Interim Marketing and Events Officer

Fixed Term Contract for 3 months initially

London Based – full time

£30,000 - £34,500 pro-rata inclusive

We are seeking a highly driven, creative professional to oversee the marketing of two key events and to provide day to day marketing and branding guidance to the RTPI. This is an exceptional opportunity for an interim Marketing and Events Officer with the ability to drive forward projects to join an ambitious, dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience of helping to deliver high profile events from a marketing perspective. They will have a proven track record of successfully developing marketing materials (print and digital) to support corporate strategies and of managing suppliers and supervising staff.

The Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) is the professional institute for the UK’s planners and is the largest in Europe with over 23,000 members. It also campaigns for the use of the art and science of town planning for the public benefit and on housing, economic and environmental issues. The RTPI is a membership organisation and a Chartered Institute responsible for maintaining professional standards, accrediting world class planning courses nationally and internationally and advancing the art and science of planning for the benefit of the public.
